Brooks 'Amycas' 2017 Review

This is a delightfully aromatic white blend from a boutique Willamette Valley winery. A blend of  30% Riesling, 25% Muscat, 20% Pinot Blanc, 15% Pinot Gris, and 10% Gewürztraminer, it takes inspiration from the field blends of Alsace. Aromas include lemon zest, orange blossoms, and ripe honeydew. The texture is clean, crisp, and "mineral", with a long finish. This wine will pair perfectly with spicy Thai and Indian dishes, or pungent cheeses. It's a bargain at $18.
