Prophecy Rosé 2018 Review
I have no idea what grapes make up this wine (the website just has poetic descriptor stuff), but it's fine. A little out of balance, but with notes of general red fruits (strawberries, raspberries etc). There is a peppery note that comes off as slightly bitter, but the acidity is high, and it’s refreshing enough to sip at a party where wine is not the focus.
