But this wine, sourced from a vineyard over 3,000 feet above the Aegean, offers a new take on the sunny seaside style. It’s made with 100 percent Çalkarası, a local red grape that offers bright aromatics of orange blossoms, stone fruit, and wild strawberries. A delicate, crisp wine that offers optimal warm weather refreshment.
