Paris Simoneau owns over seventy hectares in the Loire Valley and has been producing wine here since the second world war. This wine from Touraine is flinty with white pepper and apples on the nose. The palate is refreshing with balanced acidity that matches the fruit depth. Very approachable and weekday worthy.
