Olga Raffault Chinon Les Barnabés 2021 Review
This fifth generation Chinon winery is renowned for its savory and complex Cabernet Franc expressions. Though some of Olga Raffault's wines are built to age, the estate's Les Barnabés bottling is meant to be enjoyed young. The nose opens with spicy red fruit, and the light and lifted palate is full of tart cranberries, holiday spices, and dried herbs.
