Milan Nestarec Barvířka 2021 Review
This wine from the Czech Republic is a great example of a new generation of winemakers making their mark on wine history. It has spicy fruit with cinnamon energy and rhubarb under-layer. The palate is tart and rich with refreshing ripe fruit and a savory balsamic vibe. There’s a little fizz but everything is in the right place.
