Limerick Lane Cellars 1910 Block Zinfandel 2023 Review
Sitting on the southern edge of the Russian River Valley in Sonoma, the 1910 Block is the vineyard site behind this historic Zinfandel producer's flagship wine — named for the year it was planted, over 115 years ago. This is a very well-balanced wine; with Zinfandel’s characteristic rich fruit notes mingling with flavors from oak aging. It has a ripe red fruit nose with a dollop of fresh vanilla cream; the palate is soft and fleshy, with more oak spice and very soft tannins.
