Lammershoek LAM White 2015 Review
Notes of honey and stone fruit open the nose along with a whiff of nail polish that many would refer to as volatile acidity. The palate cleans things up a bit with some mineral-driven wet flint rock. This is a wine with little added to it, using sustainable and biodynamic methods, so there is a funky quality but the creamy texture of the mouthfeel and good acidity make it enjoyable.
