La Chapelle Gordonne Tête de Cuvée Rosé 2022 Review
This seventeenth-century property has seen a lot of history. So much that it needed a good reno in 1850. Since then the Château has been producing the famous pink-hued rose wines of Provence. That’s a long time to refine and perfect a craft. This La Chapelle Gordonne Tête de Cuvée shows that craft on full display. This is a master class on classic rosé from this area. Th nose is light and bright with notes of strawberries, white cherries, and a little bit of herbaceousness. The palate is broad and full with a nice acidity that matches the fruit.
