This wine is made with organically farmed Pinot Noir, Valdiguié, and Cabernet Franc grapes sourced from northern California. Each variety is separately fermented with the carbonic maceration method, then they are blended together to make one ultimate chillable red. This bottle has bright cherry and raspberry notes with some slight hints of vanilla and banana.
