Illahe Vineyards Percheron Block Estate Pinot Noir 2021 Review
Coming from a coveted block atop the highpoint of the Ilahe estate this wine is what we dream of when we think of Oregon Pinot Noir. Bright pops of cinnamon and cherries with quiet hints of eucalyptus, a hint of wood, and fresh soil on the nose. The palate is elegant and expressive with beautiful texture. A lithe tannic frame is matched by beautiful medium fruit and supportive acidity. A seamless wine that will leave you baffled with enjoyment.
