Hope Well Improbable Rosé Noir 2022 Review

Mimi Casteel crafts expressive wines from sustainably farmed vineyards in the Willamette Valley’s Eola-Amity Hills AVA. This unique rosé is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chenin Blanc that's aged in old French barriques. The Chenin Blanc lends a rich texture to the wine, as well as notes of yellow apples, citrus, and honey. The Pinot Noir contributes juicy red fruit notes like strawberry and cherry. This combination is totally unexpected for a rosé, but it really works.
