Hendrick’s Midsummer Solstice
Review
An outlier of a gin, this limited-edition release from Hendrick’s has an immensely floral, sweet character. The rose petal and lilac aromas smell faintly artificial, but they're still really inviting. This gin almost smells and tastes like a pre-batched cocktail, and offers the perfect foundation for spritz drinks like a French 75 with rosé Champagne.
