Gamble Family Vineyards Rosé 2019 Review
Do you dig red blends but it’s too hot outside? Even though you have central air, you're like, refresh me! Well, this is a Bordeaux (red) blend, but it’s pink. And it’s awesome. You will dig the depth, complexity, and the nice weight on the palate. It has great acidity, so you still get the refreshing side of the hue. Instead of dark fruits you’ll enjoy the smells of watermelon and yogurt with a hint of mint. You may not be able to do a big steak but a skirt steak or duck breast will def do.
