G.D. Vajra Rosabella Rosato 2018 Review
Grill that fish and make that goat cheese salad with arugula and walnuts, this wine needs food. This mineral-driven rosé opens with earthy strawberry and melon notes. There is a hint of spicy cinnamon that carries to the palate. The mouthfeel is lean and creamy, with a saline quality bringing out a bit of tannin. This is a great food rosé.
