Fossil & Fawn Do Nothing 2022 Review
This is a skin-contact Pinot Gris from the Willamette Valley that gives off the vibe of a chillable red. It has some spicy agave notes on the nose, underscored by subtle wisps of strawberry and rhubarb. The palate is juicy and has pleasant acidity with a crisp finish.
