Ehlers Estate Sylviane Rosé 2019 Review
Strawberry jam mixed in with your yogurt. That’s what you smell upon first inserting your nose in the glass. It has nice concentrated fruit, with a slight tannic structure, and weighty finish. Its got the depth for ingredient-packed salads, fish dishes, and even white meat. Shall I say a full bodied rosé? I think I shall.
