Big, juicy, fresh, and fruity. Not the words you would often associate with Cab, but in Paso, that’s the way. This is one of the best deals on the shelf, if you see it, grab it. It has great balance with a big personality. The juicy core of the wine is quenching, while the tannins are just grippy enough to harmonize the fruit. It’s also a crowd pleaser, so go ahead and bring it to the dinner party. It’ll pair.
