Clif Family Winery Kit's Killer Cab 2021 Review
Clif Family Winery’s vineyards are organic and Napa Green certified, but the estate has been farming this way since the early ‘90s. This Cab comes from the Oak Knoll District, an area tucked into the southern end of Napa Valley where it benefits from a slightly cooler climate from the marine influences of the San Pablo Bay. It has a wonderful nose that screams Napa Cab with pepper, blackberry, and vanilla. The mouthfeel is focused and very balanced with youthful tannins and bright acidity.
