Early Mountain "Eluvium" 2015 Review
It is time to start paying attention to Virginia wine and this is just one example of how beautiful they can be. Thomas Jefferson would swoon over this Bordeaux style blend that sings with elegance and depth. The tannins are well entwined into the wine, allowing the notes of cedar and wood spice to waft into warm plum and a whisper of vanilla.
