Bright ripe peach and pear greet the nose along with melon. As the wine sweats and opens aromas of jasmine emerge. The palate is soft, yet vibrant, with excellent acidity showing added notes of minty yogurt and citrusy acacia. Grill up some veggies, drizzle them with your best EVOO, sprinkle with sea salt, pop this bottle, pour, sip, nosh, repeat.
