Denner Vineyards Ditch Digger 2018 Review
Check the blend here. It’s crazy. Mediterranean grapes growing in California’s Central Valley. These blends have been happening in this region for years, and here is one hell of an example of how they harmonize. The depth to this wine is thick and smells like ripe blackberries and sweet aged balsamic. It coats your palate, but the bright acidity won’t weigh you down. Slather up some ribs and make some homemade slaw with this one.
