Delamotte Blanc de Blancs Vintage Brut 2012 Review
This is worth the price tag. Under the elegant yet persistent bubbles is a creamy, soft palate. It smells lemony and mineral-driven, with a nice, grippy mouthfeel. No yeast-y, brioche-y sweetness — just good, developed fruit. Such a pleasant wine.
