Cullen Dancing in the Sun 2018 Review
The nose is subtle and mineral-driven. The acidity is calm and almost seamless, keeping the wine refreshing. The palate has a slight weight. You get an almost earthy vibe from this white wine, making it a great pairing for a cheese plate.
