Condesa Gin ‘Clasica’
Review
From Mexico City, this gin combines a corn, wheat, rye, and barley-based neutral spirit with 13 botanicals — a mix of traditional and native ingredients. Overall, it has the profile of a London Dry but shines in its own right via the vibrant influence of palo santo, jasmine, elderflower, and lavender. A wonderful option for Negronis, it would also work great in a Ramos Gin Fizz if you’re feeling ambitious.
