Clos Pegase Sauvignon Blanc 2018 Review
Straightforward with prominent notes of bell pepper and pear with a hint of honey. Under the honey aroma is a slight whiff of chamomile. The wine is more intense than it needs to be, with such a balanced alcohol level, and the palate is austere, with sharp edges and medium acidity. This is a good bet for gifting a host.
