Chimney Rock 'Elevage' Red 2019 Review
All the fruit is in its place. the alcohol is prominent but not overwhelming. On the palate the wine is soft and supple, with plushness emanating from the fruit core. There is a nice frame of structure, with calm tannins, wonderful acidity, and well-integrated oak.
