Chene Bleu Heloise 2012 Review
This wine smells like cooking herbs like oregano, rosemary, tarragon, and the soil they grow in. It has a tight fruit core that reminds me of a blackberry coulis. It’s ready to drink now and calls for grilled pork chops or a rack of lamb.
