Château des Ormeaux Lalande-De-Pomerol 2020 Review
Coming from just over eight hectares on the edge of Pomerol, this Merlot-based wine — made with a splash of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon — is both elegant and rustic in the best way. It has a welcoming nose that is expressive yet subtle with present notes of blueberries, October leaves, and a hint of cherries. The palate has a lithe tannic edge and good acidity that balances the deep fruit notes.
