Cakebread Cellars Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 Review
This is a classic, exceptional, Napa Valley wine (and not all Cab) with a huge waft of pepper and cannabis upon first pour. It’s full bodied and intense dark fruit (blackberries, cherries) with tons of depth on the palate. But with all the intensity, it is extremely well balanced. The tannin is softening, the acidity is just right and it can still age longer.
