Biohof Pratsch Rosé 2018 Review
Slightly effervescent and alive with notes of watermelon and strawberries along with earthy floral hawthorn and cannabis. There is also some acacia and honey doing some synchronized swimming as well, balanced by the frothy acidity. The mouthfeel is broad, with a burst of minute bubbles cleansing the palate. This is the kind of rose that compels an immediate second, third, and forth sip.
