Bedell Cellars Sparkling Rosé 2022 Review
This sparkling rosé is made with 90 percent Cabernet Sauvignon and 10 percent Cabernet Franc from Bedell's sustainably farmed estate vineyards on the North Fork of Long Island. The wine has notes of mixed berry yogurt, peaches, and green herbs. It has a great balance between bright acidity and a creamy, round texture.
