The Story Behind The Apricot Jam

The Apricot Jam is a fusion of rich fruit and spice flavors, suitable for any holiday occasion. With a split base of apricot brandy and apricot liqueur, this cocktail gets a layer of complexity from a house-made fall syrup, which plays with seasonal spices like clove, anise, nutmeg, and cinnamon.

The true beauty of the Apricot Jam is its ability to be served either hot or cold, depending on your preference. To serve the cocktail “Toddy-style,” simply boil four ounces of water and stir with the cocktail’s ingredients rather than shaking them over ice.
