The Story Behind The Rosé Port Cosmopolitan
One of my favorite ingredients this summer is rosé port, it adds great depth and flavor to cocktails without the sweetness that usually accompanies it. Naturally, I wanted to find a cocktail that would be perfect with it and eventually I realized the Cosmopolitan was exactly that cocktail. By taking out the vodka and triple sec and replacing both with the rosé port, the cocktail stays balanced and quaffable and is incredibly easy to make.
