Xanadu Vinework Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 Review

An Irish couple moved to Margaret River in 1968 and were enamored by the pioneering spirit and potential of the region. Planting vines the year Star Wars came out, in 1977, they were one of the first to do so, getting the area started. Cabernet Sauvignon from here is not well known on our market, but after tasting this extremely affordable wine you may begin to seek more out. The nose is a wonderful expression of the inherent characteristics of the variety with cracked black pepper mingling with blackberry fruit. The palate is soft with a comfortable leanness and very mild tannins. And being under a screw cap is a win because it is casual enough for picnics or a grill day.
