Stag's Leap Wine Cellars S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 Review

Since it took home the top prize at the Judgement of Paris in 1976, Stag’s Leap has been renowned for its S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon. And just like its fellow participants, the quality and balance, age-worthiness achieved in this wine is still stunning to this day. It’s a bottle that was among the first to define Napa wine. Wonderful blackberry and cassis aromas lie beneath savory notes of olives and pepper. The mouthfeel is full of texture and depth with a seamless yet present tannin structure framing the beautiful medium fruit.
