Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc 2017 Review
This wine has a nice verve to it that balances the intensity of this area’s style. On the nose gooseberries and jalapeño greet you, along with some white pepper and green apple. The palate is lean, with all notes carrying over, and is balanced by bracing acidity amplifying the aromas. It’s a nice example of how this style can be balanced.
