Viña Garces Silva Amayna Sauvignon Blanc 2018 Review
From the coastal Chilean influence comes a beautiful and balanced example of this grape. The nose is calm, but talkative, with herby notes of gooseberries and white peach. There are some subtle basil notes as the wine opens as well. On the palate the wine has moderate acidity, giving the slightest weight, keeping the more aggressive aromas in check. If this is where Chile is going with this grape, I am all in.
