VIK 'Milla Cala' 2019 Review
The fruit is deep on the nose with a high tone of peppery (jalapeno?) goodness wafting from the glass. On the palate, the wine has a seamless balance. The natural acidity is wonderful, coming in just right to lift up the fruit, which still maintains its depth.
