Tower 15 Merlot 2020 Review
Pali Wine Co. is a wine collective in Santa Barbara County. It's a very exciting endeavor showcasing a new generation of winemakers. Tower 15 is one third of the collective and focuses on, “powerful, small lot, nuanced wines.” This Merlot is exactly that. Complex savory notes on the nose with unique hints of olive brine and blueberries in the best way. The palate is inky and deep with great acidity lifting it up.
