The Language of Yes Les Fruits Rouges 2023 Review
The Language of Yes is pioneering winemaker Randall Grahm's latest project based in California's Central Coast. Grahm has long been a champion of varieties from France's Rhône Valley, so it's no surprise this rosé is a blend of grapes typically found in that region: Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, and Tibouren. This is a rosé with some serious complexity. It delivers intense layers of flavor and texture with notes of guava, pineapple, strawberries, beeswax, and yogurt.
