Tablas Creek Vineyard Esprit Blanc de Tablas 2016 Review
Pear and chamomile tea with a generous dollop of honey opens the nose of this incredibly balanced American white. With a swirl a hint of ginger emerges among wet stone. On the palate it settles in with a nice weight, balanced by salty acidity keeping the wine fresh while maintaining the aromatics. The quality of this wine is so on point. It's a great example of what can be achieved in Paso.
