Stray Dog Wild Gin Review
Mastiha is a sticky resin that "bleeds" from mastic trees on the Greek isle of Chios. It is the most notable ingredient in this gin's botanical bill, yet does not overpower or alter the balance of the nine other ingredients that also give this spirit its flavor. A well-balanced, smooth sipping option, sage and bay leaf aromas enjoy equal billing, while the palate highlights cardamom and fresh citrus. All signs point to G&Ts garnished with fresh sage and rosemary.
