Though the exact mash bills of Stellum's Fibonacci Blend #1 remain undisclosed, it is known that the rye is a result of six ryes blended together to create an impressive and unique cask-strength release. Citrus oil and dark red fruits permeate on the nose, while the palate is dominated by crisp apples with honey, toasted oak, and various baking spices adding additional complexity. A fine option to put into your favorite rye cocktails, this whiskey will be best enjoyed neat with a few drops of water added.
