St. George Spirits Botanivore Gin Review
One of three fantastic gins offered by California-based St. George Spirits, this is a piney, complex gin. The nose serves an intense blend of savory spices and dried herbs. The palate has a deep concentration of flavors but manages to stay balanced. Serve in a 50:50 Martini with a dry, not overly-complex vermouth.
