Dyfi Gin Pollination Review
Co-founders of Wales’ Dyfi Micro-Distillery, Pete and Danny Cameron spend more than 10 months per year hand-foraging the 17 botanicals that make their way into this small-batch gin. The fruits of that labor are evident, as it serves up a vibrant, rich profile. It may come with a hefty price tag, and it doesn’t stray too far from the classic London Dry style, but this gin’s complexity shows that the brand is indeed painting from a broad selection of colors.
