Sokol Blosser Hyland Vineyard Pinot Noir 2018 Review
This wine is only available online but is a great example of the balance that can be found in Pinot Noir from Oregon. It’s medium bodied with great acidity, yet rich on the palate. The nose will remind you of fresh picked cherries and some savory stuff like balsamic vinegar. This is a great wine to serve with a slight chill and some roasted chicken.
