The wines of Slovenia's Sanctum winery are a call back to the past while maintaining the quality of the present. This skin-contact blend of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris has notes of dried orange peel and herbs with a creamy texture. The palate is excellent with seamless balance between fruit and acid.
