DaVero Farms & Winery Greco-Fiano 2018 Review
DaVero is a focuses on Italian varieties in the land of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. This orange wine is a blend of Fiano and Greco, two grapes native to Campania in southern Italy. Here, DaVero has successfully made a wine that harkens back to the days of the Roman empire. The nose has notes of green tea and citrus peels with a dollop of honey. It's spicy on the palate with a slight tannic grip.
