Ryme Cellars Alicante Bouschet 2022 Review
Alicante Bouschet is one of the world's few teinturier grapes, which means the grape has both red skins and red flesh on the inside. Although this grape produces wines that are dark in color, they can often be light and energetic on the palate. At just 11.4 percent ABV, this bottle from Ryme Cellars is a great example. It has refreshing acidity and is slightly spritzy, with notes of grapefruit, cherry, and blackberry.
